DO'S
-
Vacuum clean often to prevent any loose dirt and dust. Refrain from using a vacuum cleaner with a rotary brush nozzle on long pile rugs to avoid risk of damaging the yearn and the twisted thread pairs.
-
Remove stains immediately.
-
Rotate your rug to get a more even exposure to sunlight and wear.
DONT'S
-
Do not pull loose or protruding ends of the yarn; instead neatly clip with a pair of scissors.
-
Hand tufted rugs are meant for indoor use only, so make sure you avoid using in damp areas such as basements, bathrooms and kitchens.
-
Do not soak your rug in any liquids. Hand tufted rugs are sensitive to water so take extra care with the amount of water you use. In case of contact with water/any liquid, quickly soak up with a clean undyed cloth to dry on both sides.
-
Do not dry clean your rug.
