Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us at least seven days  before your booking date. 
 

If you cancel your reservation in less than seven days, the deposit will equal the store credit. We can assist to reschedule your appointment.
 

Process for refund: Please get in touch with us by email or by phone. 
 

Refund period: A refund will be processed in 3-5 business days by your original payment method.
